We had a lovely stay at this hotel located close to the ocean with excellent transportation links. The interior and exterior had both modern and old vibes, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with sufficient cooling. Additionally, the hotel facilities and staff made the stay enjoyable.

My stay at Yoho Serendipity was surprisingly pleasant! The room was simple and comfortable, and I loved the peaceful and spacious atmosphere. Despite a few minor issues with the pillows and toiletries, the cleanliness was impressive. The location in the bustling shopping district was perfect, with easy access to the beach and various attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean with nice furniture. the air conditioning was great, keeping the room chilled without being too cold. the location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and shops and close to the ocean. We enjoyed being able to relax and watch the waves.
The biggest issue we had was with the noise. There was a bell that rang loudly whenever someone entered the property, which woke us up twice during the night.

Spent my xmas at this hotel and loved the view from my room. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and shopping centers. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture. The best part of my stay was the friendly housekeeper who made sure I had everything I needed.
I was only given two pillows instead of the advertised four, and there were no essential toiletries in the room. The hot water supply was also not available, which was a big inconvenience during the cold nights.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the bustling shopping district which is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. the room is clean, cozy, and quiet. the bathroom is functional and equipped with the necessary amenities. the service provided by the staff is courteous and friendly. the view of the sea from the building is breathtaking and mesmerizing.
The hotel could improve on its housekeeping service and room maintenance.
